As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to identify business needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and assist in the implementation of new solutions.

As a Customer Service, you will be managing customer inquiries and processing orders from A to Z. You will also coordinate with sales, finance and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment and timely invoicing.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van vraagvoorspellingen op basis van historische data, marktanalyses en input van interne teams.
• Samenwerken met sales en marketing om toekomstige vraagtrends te identificeren en hierop in te spelen.

The role focuses on managing customer orders and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for efficient order fulfilment, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Proactive communication with customers about order status and delays is essential, along with assisting in process improvements.
