In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination of TRANSCON shipments, ensuring smooth freight flow, accurate system updates, and timely billing and delivery. You work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee compliance, meet KPIs, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
This role supports order management, customer communication, inventory monitoring, and logistical coordination while temporarily substituting for the Sales & Forecast Officer during the SAP system transition. It also involves participating in system testing, handling returns, and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners.
